ServiceMeetup.org provides a platform for local businesses, including contractors, to be discovered by clients and for clients to list jobs. Businesses must sign up as members to view listed jobs.

3. Membership and Accounts

a. Membership Requirements: Businesses must create an account and become members to access certain features of the Service, such as viewing listed jobs.

b. Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

c. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify ServiceMeetup.org immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

a. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations when using the Service.

b. Risk Acceptance: Businesses acknowledge and accept all risks associated with using the Service, including but not limited to risks associated with interacting with clients, providing services, and financial transactions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ServiceMeetup.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

ServiceMeetup.org reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service or any features or portions thereof without prior notice.
